The Aston Township Police Department has access to overview CCTV cameras at select intersections within Aston Township. This video may be available to involved parties and/or there representatives. There is a fee associated with the export / dissemination of this video footage.

– Although ATPD strives to preserve intersection overview footage relevant to incidents, at times the footage may not be available. Reasons footage may be unavailable includes, however is not limited to, technical malfunction, storage limitations, or incident occurring outside of range of cameras.
– Release of any and all CCTV footage is subject to approval by the Chief of Police.
– Release of intersection CCTV footage is contingent on receipt of payment for said footage.
– If video footage is not present for your requested incident your payment will not be processed.
– Footage will only be released to individuals involved in an incident, or those whom maintain a professional relationship with the involved (ie. Attorney, Insurance Provider, ect)
– Requesting intersection CCTV footage does NOT guarantee that video is available
– Video quality, bitrate and other metrics are not guaranteed.
