During the period of June 29th to July 2nd, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, flaggers will manage traffic flow at the Star Hill site (Pennell Road’s new development near Morelli’s). Northbound vehicles will be diverted to Old Pennell, and southbound traffic will be limited to one lane of Route 452. All drivers are advised to exercise caution.
